1. General Provisions

de333 is an online gaming platform that provides sports betting, casino games, and live gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between de333 and the user ("you" or "member").

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

The eligibility requirements for registering and using de333's services are listed below:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. A withdrawal will be approved only when the following conditions are met:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• The wagering requirement on any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• There must be no active investigation or suspicious activity on the account.

Processing times may be longer due to bank holidays or payment provider issues. de333 is not liable in such cases.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

de333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms apply to each bonus, and by claiming a bonus you automatically accept those terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳16,000 gives a bonus of ৳15,000 (the maximum limit), making the total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is granted only once.
• Attempting to claim a bonus from multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• de333 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.
• Separate terms may apply to free bet or free spin bonuses.

6. Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on the de333 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent environment. All games on the platform are supplied by recognized third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming).

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded.

• Any form of fraud, deception, or hacking.
• Depositing from a suspicious source of funds or attempting money laundering.
• Threatening or harassing de333 staff.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by de333

de333 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of the Terms.
• If an account needs to be temporarily suspended for the purposes of an investigation.
• If an order is received from a court or government authority.
• If evidence is found that the account holder is underage.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

You may at any time request the closure of your account through de333 support. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. As part of responsible gaming, you may also request a temporary self-exclusion for a set period of time.

12. Changes to Terms

de333 reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes.
